Thank you for your interest in the 2012 Vancouver CMOS ET Conference. Registration for this event is now available.
The registration fee is CAD$445.00 until April 30 2012; after that date, the registration fee will increase to CAD$545.00.
Waivers: Unfortunately, we cannot waive the registration fee, or cover travel expenses, for speakers. Please register for the conference and pay the registration fee, either via PayPal or by sending in the form below.
Refunds: If you need to cancel your attendance, we will refund the registration fee, less a CAD$100 administrative fee, up to 30 days before the workshop. Within 30 days of the workshop, we will transfer your registration to another person who can attend in your place, or apply it to your own registration at a future workshop.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Hotel on an individual basis. We have arranged a special group rate ($189/night, plus taxes) for workshop attendees.
